ADSA WALK AROUND TOWN 2019

The ADSA Walk Around Town was in Busselton on Thursday 14 November 2019 from 11:00am to 1:00pm starting at the Busselton Jetty Play Area.  Registration at the small stage next to the new play area at Busselton Jetty from 10:30am. This was a 1km loop on Queen Street starting and finishing at the Busselton Jetty small stage near the new play area. Several Teams and many supporters joined the ADSA Walk Team for this important fundraiser for mesothelioma medical research and many took the time to encourage our Walk Teams on the day. Information about asbestos was available and our dedicated volunteers were there to answer questions at Mitchell Park and the small stage area. There were Prizes for the most laps between 11am and 1pm and most feet on the ground for teams.  The South West Riders Social Club came roaring into town to present the proceeds of their annual fundraiser the “Godi Poker Run”! The Rotary Club of Busselton Geographe Bay put on an awesome sausage sizzle and also presented a very generous donation cheque.

The ADSA Walk Around Town is an event for everyone even if you just come to cheer us on!
